Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm kapsam\u0131nda, parsel baz\u0131nda y\u00fczde 20, iki veya daha fazla parselin birle\u015fmesi durumunda y\u00fczde 25, ada baz\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 30 bonus uygulamas\u0131 getiriliyor.
